The situation
The bank is moving these payments off its legacy core banking system onto a new payment platform, to modernise them and make room for growth.
My role
- Programme governanceI run the weekly working committee across all workstreams, and prepare the payments update for the steering committee.
- Go-live and releasesWhen the programme moved into live customer migration, I took on release management as well: running the release plan, preparing changes for approval and coordinating the move of customers onto the new platform.
Progress
The pilot is complete and the first customers have moved to the new platform.
